The Wollongong Botanic Garden occupies 27 hectares (67 acres) and features an extensive range of collections from succulents, to native Australian temperate rainforest, cycads, palms, ferns, azaleas, roses and more.

Below are a random collection of photos taken en route from the succulent collection near the Northfields Ave northern end (around N8 on this map) to the Murphys Ave southern end.

Kawasaki presented Wollongong with this beautiful taiko-bashi (drum bridge) in 1993. I have walked across it many times but honestly cannot remember the last time when, as it has been under repair forever!
