Botanical Information:
Bignoniaceae, or the bignonia or trumpet vine family, contains a little over 100 genera and 800 species. Three of the genera are exclusively herbaceous. The rest are mostly woody, but some are subwoody (part woody, part herbaceous).
Many ornamentals are found in this family, including Jacaranda and Pandorea.
